REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing digivccard. We strive to provide the best digital networking experience and high-quality NFC products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Since our NFC cards are customized products linked specifically to your profile, the cancellation window is limited.

  • Before Printing/Encoding: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. If the cancellation request is received within this window, we will refund the full amount.
  • After Printing/Processing: Once the printing or encoding process for your card has begun, we cannot accept cancellations as the card is being customized specifically for you and cannot be resold.

To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@thewebstore028.com with your Order ID.

2. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of digivccard (NFC Business Cards), we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds or Replacements are only applicable in the following specific cases:

  • Damaged Product: If you receive a broken or physically damaged card.
  • Manufacturing Defect: If the NFC chip inside the card is non-functional upon arrival.
  • Wrong Item: If you receive a product different from the design you ordered.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must report it to us within 3 days of delivery.

  1. Take clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect.
  2. Email the evidence along with your Order ID to support@thewebstore028.com.
  3. Our team will verify the issue. If approved, we will ship a free replacement card to you immediately.

4. Digital Service Refund

If you have purchased a subscription plan for premium features on the Mini-Website/Dashboard:

  • Refunds for digital services are processed only if there is a technical error on our end that prevents you from accessing the service, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days.
  • No refunds are provided for "change of mind" regarding digital subscriptions once the service has been activated.

5. Processing Refunds

If a monetary refund is approved (e.g., for a cancellation within 4 hours), the amount will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
