At digivccard, we are committed to delivering your smart business card to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

Since every digivccard is customized with your unique data and design preferences, we require time to prepare your order.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed, printed, and encoded within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Peak Times: During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reputed courier services to ensure timely delivery across India.

  • Standard Shipping:
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (or Free if applicable under current offers).
  • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 7 business days after the order is dispatched.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take an additional 2-3 days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or courier operational issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS.

This message will contain your Tracking Number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to check the status of your package on the courier partner's website.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship products within India. If you are ordering from outside India, please contact our support team at support@thewebstore028.com to check service availability and shipping costs for your specific country.

5. Damages During Shipping

While we pack our cards securely, digivccard is not liable for products damaged or lost specifically by the shipping carrier. However, we are here to help.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 days) with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement for you if deemed appropriate.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information provided during checkout is correct.

  • digivccard is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
